​Adam began working for Vital in 2013 after studying for a Business Management BSc degree. Adam has taken a leading role in the opening of new, strategic offices, business development, key client liaison, service delivery and tendering. Adam has extensive expertise managing large scale accounts in this sector, with a proven track record of managing regional teams to ensure successful delivery. Adam also leads Vital’s Innovation Committee to develop recruitment, service and delivery initiatives.
